| Classes, papers, work, friends, family, clubs -- Feel like you’re juggling too many obligations? Having trouble managing all the deadlines and to-do lists while taking care of yourself? Need to de-stress and unwind?
Come learn more about stress management at the Wellness Center! This 7-week class will help give you tips and tricks to managing your life while making yourself a priority. Come for a week or for all seven classes! Open to all ODU students. Can’t make a class but still want to learn --- contact us to set up individual time with one of our counselors at counselingservices@ohiodominican.edu. 2-3pm in the Wellness Center. |
