Classes are held from 2-3:15 p.m. in the Dance & Fitness Studio in the Griffin Student Center. Classes will not be held when the university is closed. Footloose is the story of a rebellious teenager who moves to a small middle-American town where dance is forbidden, and encourages his classmates to defy the local pastor and call for a rock'n'roll prom. A musical version of the 1984 film. Free with ODU ID; $8 general admission. Purchase tickets at the door. 7 p.m. in Matesich Theatre. |

| Get ready to challenge yourself, while having fun! This class is designed for intermediate-advanced levels, with a high intensity cardio and strength workout. There will be a strong focus on body weight exercises utilizing interval and circuit training. 5 - 6 in the Griff Dance Studio. |

| ODU will host a Mock Trial that focuses on relationship violence and will involve real life professionals in the roles of Judge, Prosecutor, Defense Attorney, Forensic Nurse, and Detective.Students wishing to serve as members of the jury may contact Kerry Soller at sollerk@ohiodominican.edu.
