| Stop by for an hour of stress relief and stretching. No experience necessary. All are welcome! Mats are provided. All fitness classes are free for ODU Students, Faculty and Staff. Classes are held from 2-3:15 p.m. in the Dance & Fitness Studio in the Griffin Student Center. Classes will not be held when the university is closed.
