 | 6 p.m. Aug. 6. Alumni Hall. The Nationwide Children’s Hospital Sports Medicine Black & Gold Club Kickoff auction and dinner event sets the tone for success in academics and athletics at Ohio Dominican throughout the year ahead. This sellout event raises awareness and support for Ohio Dominican Athletics and features both a silent and live auction. Audience members will hear from student-athletes about how your support has impacted their life at Ohio Dominican. Each year, the athletic department takes this opportunity to share its vision for the upcoming athletic seasons as well.
The 2014 event will be headlined by MVP quarterback Joe Theismann, who spent 12 years in the NFL and won a Super Bowl title with the Washington Redskins.
