 | We are having a nutritional/fitness speaker come in and talk about healthy choices and workouts to do on campus. There will be some take home notes for reminders and ideas and snacks there. We hope people will come who are interested in nutrition/fitness and want to be as healthy as possible. There will be an event signup competition at the end (optional). 7 - 8 p.m., Griffin Student Center 258-260. |
