This year’s keynote speaker is Eric J. Watts ’11. Mr. Watts earned his master of science in Management from Ohio Dominican. | Get ready to challenge yourself, while having fun! This class is designed for intermediate-advanced levels, with a high intensity cardio and strength workout. There will be a strong focus on body weight exercises utilizing interval and circuit training. 5 - 6 in the Griff Dance Studio. |
