Scheduled Events | | Electronic Timecard Entry Training for ODUOnline |  | 01/13/2016 |
 | HR will be offering two additional student training sessions for the electronic timecard entry for ODU Online the week of Jan. 11, when students are returning for Spring semester. Please note these important considerations regarding the January training sessions: 1. All hourly employees will need to log hours electronically through ODUOnline for hours worked 12/13/15 and beyond. Therefore, students working hours 12/13/15 through 12/23/15 and/or students working during the winter break (if any) will need to attend one of the December training sessions or use the Instruction Guide from HR (should be emailed Dec. 9) in order to submit their hours through ODUOnline for timely payment. 2. The January sessions are reserved only for students. These student training sessions will be held Wednesday, January 13th at 11:00 am - Griffin Student Center, Room 258; and Thursday, January 14th at 3:00 pm - Griffin Student Center, Room 258.
