 | Opening reception 5-7 p.m. in the Wehrle Gallery. This exhibition is a celebration of the new academic year and a welcome to ODU’s 16th president, Dr. Robert Gervasi. The Art and Design faculty, Janna Thompson-Chordas, Janette Knowles, Rebecca Morton, and Eliana Calle Saari, created new works around the idea of the chrysalis and butterfly, a metaphor for the intellectual and spiritual transformation that happens through education. Exhibit runs Aug. 21 - Oct. 22. |
