You should read chapter three.
Also, in preparation for Case Study #2, read page 59 from the text book. It describes seven points for the organization of rhetoric into a scientific body of knowledge ("Hunts Summary of Plato's True Rhetoric"). I'll explain Case Study #2 on Feb. 1.

This session is offered on Wednesday, 1/27, from 2:00 - 2:45pm in Spangler 113, and will be repeated on Thursday 1/28 from 3:30 - 4:15pm in Spangler 222. |
