I have a tooth that has been giving me all kinds of grief since the semester started. Our class time is the only time in the next week the dentist can see me. Please continue to work on Chapter 2 HW and to read Chapters 2 and 3 carefully in preparation for the first exam. We will discuss how the schedule will change as a result of this untimely cancellation next Tuesday, which will be the next time we meet. We are only losing an hour of lecture time, so it certainly could be worse. Bring your completed week 1 lab copies next Tuesday, since I won't be there to collect them tomorrow.

Dr. Kevin Cordi, our resident storytelling expert (and education faculty) will discuss how stories are a daily part of our lives.
